I was having issues with my printer & fax setup communicating with my computer. The Geek Squad member arrived, checked the System, made several adjustments & got the system working. He also took the time to explain what had been done INCORRECTLY @ the initial setup & demonstrated how to perform both Outgoing & Incoming fax. I've had Geek Squad Annual Service contract for several years & have appreciated the service. Having checked the Annual Price of other service contracts...I am content to stay with the "Geek Squad" service contract. I also appreciate the fact that their contract pretty well takes care of most IN HOUSE issues.

The Geek Squad is the best service that Best Buy offers. I have been a member for 2 years coming up to my renewal date. There is no question that I will renew my membership. Everyone of the techs have been knowlagable and very helpfull, fixed my problem and tried to show me how I can fix the problem is it should happen again. My printer went offline again and I was able to go back to the step by step directions that the tech had showed me. I was back online with my printer without any assistance from the Geek Squad. It's good to know that they are there 24/7 if you need them.
