Matt was excellent and very friendly and helpful. He fixed the printer issue fast. We appreciated all the work he put in for us since this was really causing us problems.

The agents called and let me know they'd be in about 20 minutes . One worked st my computer while the other agent checked ot my printer They got them synced in a very short time

John was able to solve the problems with getting the printer set up on the wireless network. Direct approaches even following directions did not work. He even made extensive notes to keep in case the problem showed up again.

The Geek serviceman arrived on time and carefully listened to the explanation of the problems with my printer and proceeded to fix them. He furthermore helped me to learn to navigate systems better to avoid mistakes. I'm 100% satisfied.

Tyler, our serviceman came out as scheduled; however, he couldn't resolve the problem. Our printer was giving an error and stopped printing due to the printer head. I had replaced the head but it stopped again after a few pages were printed. Tyler was going to replace the printer head but knowing that I already had and it hadn't resolved the problem, that was the extent that he could do. Tyler canceled the call since he couldn't resolve the issue. NOTE: I had given the printer error condition and the fact that I had replaced the printer head already when I set up the call. This call actually waster both Best Buy's time as well as mine. I give credit to Tyler for his honesty in being upfront as to what he could and couldn't do and gave us a complete credit.

I had called the Greek squared to help with a problem with my printer. After speaking to three different people each was sadly unable to help me. Today Khailani from the geek squad came to my home to fix my Cannon printer. He was wonderful. Very pleasant man, very knowledgeable and was able to fix my problem . It was really great having geek squad Khailani come to my home.
