I was looking for a printer that would copy two-sided paper, so I had bought two copiers neither one would copy a two-sided paper, I could download it into the the copier, but that's not what I needed. Eric The geek squad person who came over here helped me to pick the perfect copier out at a wonderful price, he also installed it showed me how to use it he also showed me if I had an issue where to go on the printer to fix it, I totally recommend them and I recommend the copier it's a little bit larger then I thought, though it works great no complaints.

I had a great interaction and helpful hints and the repair of my Printer/Computer connection. This kind of service is not often available and gave great advice, loaded an antivirus program with education on process as service was provided. My Geek Squad was exceptional. In home service is a great advantage to those who do business with Best Buy and have limited E-skills. Thank you

My printer had stopped working after I had changed wi fi companies . I spent 4 hours on the phone trying to get the new wi fi company to address the problem that they had created. Finally after telling them I wanted to quit their service they decided to send a tech in and he couldn't fix the problem. That is when I set up an appointment with Best Buy and the BB tech (David C.) fixed the problem in 2 minutes. Enough Said!!

My Canon printer stop working. And I call the Geek Squad to come out and fix it. Victor Was the person that came out? He did a marvelous job. He fixed it on the first try and I was able to complete. He fixed my printer and he showed me what was wrong. And then he demonstrated to me the operator. Before he left, he made sure everything was working properly. And if I had any other problem with it. I could call him personally.

My printer was set up by Geek Squad guys and I was ready to go. But, in the following weeks, it would not connect to the printer. Sometimes it would work again and then stop. I called Geek Squad one night and an agent worked for over an hour and properly set up my printer. I watched in amazement. EXCELLENT

Scott was able to detect the issue of why my printer was not reading my laptop to print out chosen documents. The settings had to be adjusted which he did right away. In the interim he made a valuable suggestion to go with a wireless printer that could stay in one place and read a print request from any device I wanted to print from. The HP LaserJet MFP Wireless printer was on sale, and he had one in the truck, so it was a convenient and proved to be more efficient for my needs and available space in my home. He set up the printer and adjusted all the settings to read my laptop or cell phone, was extremely helpful, friendly, and provided me with a full walk-through demonstration and written check list of things that pertained to the laptop and my printer. I am extremely grateful for the Geek Squad service. They're professional and proficient in all they do to navigate the technology behind our personal equipmment.

Ben, did a fast and excellent job of getting my printer and devices hooked up to my new fiber wifi. I only wish I had called sooner and I would saved hours trying to do it myself.

I changed my internet provider and I was unable to reconnect my HP Smart tank 7301 back to my internet. I had my neighbors college student majoring in computers try to no avail and another neighbor that is an IT person. All to no avail. Geek squad came and said he was familiar with HP being very finicky to connect after updates or chasnging internet providers. I don't know what he did but it took him about 30 minutes and he had everything up and running. Great job.

The techs were very helpful. Showed me how to properly reset the Wi-Fi. I needed to reset once since the appointment and it worked. Still not sure why it initially detached from Wi-Fi. He advised I may need to get a new printer at some point.

I’d had some challenges deciding on a new printer, which took a bit of time. I finally decided on another HP, an Envy INSPIRE. Because the technology has changed in the 7-8 years since I last purchased one, I needed assistance setting it up. The tech who came to my home was very knowledgeable and helpful, with good customer service skills. He answered all my questions & we practiced a few things twice. I’m appreciative and feel this third time is a charm’ in terms of success in operating the machine and happiness with the product, overall!

The HP Smart Tank printer was installed and ready to use is just a few minutes. The performance has be good so far.

The agent connected my printer and scanner to the new computer I purchased at BEST BUY. It was wonderful! After having struggled with trying to connect and use my appliances in connection with the computer I needed help and luckily the agent left me as happy as can be. Thank you

The agent started up my new printer.. app necessary to function.. and configured it to run smoothly from my phone and old laptop ..plus gave me tips to upgrades and timelines. Fantastic!!

Our Geek Squad technician, Tyler, is an extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and understanding computer/printer tech. Tyler set up 2 new printers to 1 older and 1 new lap tops. We 3 confirmed that all equipment worked well together and my husband and I knew how to operate said equipment. Without the knowledge and skills that Tyler possess my husband & I would not be able to use today’s technology! Best Buy, Geek Squad, and the GS Team are vital to our daily well being. My PC now connects with my printer. Before could only print from iPad and iPhone. A few weeks ago, an online chat tech was unable to repair even after taking control of PC. The technician Tommy was fast, efficient, and when finished, he explained what he had done. He, his teammate and his trainee, were pleasant, professional. Tommy made sure before he left that I had no unanswered questions or additional problems with equipment. Altogether, a good day for me.

They came out and got my printer setup. Easy to make an appointment and agent was very knowledgable and explained how to work everything.

The tech was able to get Wi-Fi to my printer and printer to my computer. I can now print. Thank you! He was very professional and friendly. I appreciated him taking time to explain things to me.
