    I am totally not a tech person! I totally depend on Geek service for EVERYTHING. The man arrived and knew exactly what was wrong, sat down and immediately fixed it. He was really amazing and VERY smart. He was also a joy to have in my home. Thank you so much!!

    The agent came early. He inquired as to the problem & looked at the printer. The problem read: replace the waste box. He explained that Best Buy does not work on internal problems. I would need service repairers specializing internal repairs. He explained that we would be refunded the amount put up initially.

    Service was for a repair. Told scheduler MULTIPLE times exactly what I needed (and the urgency of needing to print forms etc because of my son's recent death). "Yes, we can do that." Serviceman called when he was on his way, verifying a troubleshoot. I then explained to him exactly what I needed and that no I did not schedule a troubleshoot but I scheduled to have this repair made. At which time I learned they don't do that. Because of this he never did come out, but was able to get a refund for me. He also let me know that they have repeatedly told BestBuy the issues with the schedulers doing things like this, all to no avail in remedying the situation. If you do want troubleshooting for your printer, then give it a try. But they do not do repairs no matter what the schedulers tell you. "Would you recommend this product?" I answered "yes" because overall my experiences with BestBuy/GeekSquad over the years have been mostly exceptional.

    The technician found the problem with my printer.He told me the part I needed to fix it I and how to replace it Iwas able to get it at Amazon and fix it myself

    Geek Squad - Cody McCubbin - He diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it in less than 5 minutes after had struggled with it for at least 6 hours. It was well worth the cost of a home visit...

    It would have been better if when i bought the computer and printer the store clerk would have told me i could have the geek squad come to my home and set it up. I could have saved alot of time and headaches and gladlypaid the fee

    The agent was professional; helpful and tried to connect the printer to my computer. After trying to identify the problem, he figured out the router needed to be replaced which I had done a few days later and was able to make the connection necessary.

    Josh was very skilled & my problem turned out to be a combination of old printer vs. Windows 11. Josh worked very hard and developed a work-around. I was please with the service and impressed with his skills. Now I have to save up for a new printer. :)

    Reactivated my printer and attempted to reenstall my wifes. Found her printer is no longer of any use, We will be buying her a new printer upon our retun home after our vacation in the east. Great job of reinstall and trouble shooting my wifes printer.
