GREAT SERVICE BY GEEK SQUAD

They even recommended a replacement. Could not have been more knowledgeable or helpful.

Problem Solved!

Each agent was very polite and patient as they walked us through each of our situations . Our issues were resolved!

A second printer problem was not solved & will require another appointment with another agent to service the 2nd printer. The 2nd printer was serviced at a later date & was fixed.

SWEET!

Geek Squad came to hook up old one which recently had a paper jam. The store gave me a complete refund towards a new one which Anthony hooked up and I LOVE it!
