I bought a new HP printer and had technician, Steven, come out to connect it. He got it running but after he left it did not continue to work. So he came back and after several attempts felt that the printer was defective. So I returned it and got a Canon printer. He came out a third time and got it set successfully. Third times a charm!, he was very informative, helpful with my questions and professional. Thank-you Steven for getting my printer working!!

The Geek Squad came to our home to troubleshoot the problem with our printer. They ran some tests to diagnose problems that we were experiencing. They determined the printer head was part of the problem as it was not feeding the black ink to the printer paper. They also determined that the black ink tank on the eco system was not feeding to the printer head.

The tech solved my problem! I've had no problems with the printer since.

The technician stuck with it and eventually got things working. But we agreed that I should return the Epson printer.

Travis Custer repaired my Epson 2850 printer. He was friendly, competent and fast in fixing my printer. He is an excellent representative of Best Buy. If I ever need to have my printer repaired again, I will request Travis.
