Geek Squad Printer Trouble Shooting

He tried several different solutions until he found the won that worked. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a terrific experience and worth the fee.

Geek Squad identified/corrected my printer problem

Black ink which I purchased several weeks ago had a flaw. Brandon got another one off the shelf and to insert and my printer responded. I was credited for the exchange. Usually, they don’t work on printers but he said he would try to help me out.
