The tech restored my computer being able to once again connect to my printer. After we had struggled for 2 days, he had it done in 5 to 10 minutes. Amazing. If I need help again I will request him!!

Great service tech. Addressed the problem and corrected

Jesse came right in; introduced himself and went right to work to correct my problem. It only took a few minutes and he corrected everything I requested and looked around to see if there was anything else. He also asked me if there was any other questions. He was a great representative of Geek Squad. One I would ask for again the next time.

We're very impressed with the Geek Squad's home visit, quickly resolving a lengthy absence of being able to print from PC to printer caused by introduction of Spectrum cable to the household.

The agent who came to my home did an excellent job setting up my printer. I am, however, not satisfied with the process of setting up an appointment. I spent hours on the phone, only to be transferred to another automated message.

Still having trouble with printer. Getting printer configuration errors now. Also, l scheduled another Geek squad appointment and they cancelled after waiting all day for them to show up.

The Geek squad arived as scheduled, Worked quickly and efficiently. Were curtious and respectful..

Agent quickly connected my wireless printer to internet. He had no difficulty doing so.
