After the tornados came through and reeked havauk on everyone, I haven't been able to get anything back to the way it was. Your team helped me with my printers and were so very kind and patient. She worked with my printer and determined the best possible option for it was not to remove the entire print head because doing that would cost me more than recycling it and purchasing a new hp printer. She went as far as to find a super deal on a new hp printer which I bought that very day.
