The tech was able to connect the computer to my new printer. I also had problems with the updated Microsoft Office software and when I took it to the Geek Squad, they discovered an error in the Bing system which was corrected. Thanks Geek Squad!

Couldn't get my new wireless printer to communicate with my Mac since purchase (both Best Buy purchases) for six months. Tech got it going in no time! Worth the cost. However, I thought Best Buy should have covered the cost under customer service! Does that exist any more?

Kevin Kim was the tech guy. Very professional and competent. He knew exactly what to do and did it so quickly that I thought it was "magic." Very helpful and answered my questions patiently.

Dorothy was the tech who successfully managed to get my computer and wireless printer to work together. Because I live in a large independent living, the problem was their system. The solution was a cable that attached the printer directly to computer. Problem solved and works like a charm.

The agent discovered that my printer was not connected to Wifi. Once it was connected everything worked well. Now that I know how to connect the wifi , I will always be able to connect.

The agent was so knowledgeable and was able to figure out what was going on with my printer, and why I was having the problems I had. He showed me what to do to prevent it in the future. He also looked at a problem I had with my phone, that was related to a problem I was having with my computer. The Agent was on time and was very helpful on setting up my printer/scanner with my laptop computer wirelessly. Helped with getting me able to scan and print some important documents I had been waiting to print. The Agent asked if he could help with any other issues during the service call which includes some written instructions on what to do to change from one thing to another.
