The geek fix my printer and also got my laptop on llne. Sorry to say the printer was just too old and only lasted about a day before it stopped, which the geek said it might do....So purchase a new printer. It was easy to put together, but it was almost impossible to instll the software. Had to call the geek to help me. My old printer was an epson and I has no trouble installing that,] That is why I bought anothher epson . Not the best idea... * years later Epson had changed its installation.....NO dvd to use to install the software.....Modern for some but not for the average user....just another headache.

The agent accommodated my request for appointment time plus did an excellent job loading our printer onto the network. He answered all our questions. The worst thing is to not have an exact appointment time and not even a time window until the night before..

My printer stopped printing. Then I got it to print red and yellow only. Geek squad went over all of the visible components. He recommended taking to Frank's, and they could open it and see if the ink heads were blocked. Win/lose!

He set up my new Asus, also connected it to my printer, everything working great.

The agent was knowledgeable about my Epson printer and solved the problem. Also he was pleasant and courteous.

As it turned out, the problem with the printer was not an easy fix as we had thought. He’s stuck with it and it is now functioning properly.

The Geek Squad representative set up a whole new computer system and everything is working. The first representative who come out to troubleshoot the printer issue couldn't get it fixed so we ended up buying a new system.

I decided to get a new printer. Juston brought out a new HP Printer. It is great and again good instructions in how to use.

The geek squad person shiqedup on time fixed my desktop computer to print, also my phone was not printing he did get my phone to print but it is not printing now only shows pdf copies. Need to have this fixed again on my phone. Not happy.

Great reps all who have come to troubleshoot. They kindness, patience and engaging conversations make these visits a pleasure. The problems are always solved and they initiate things that I can benefit from. They are pleasant. Keep sending the same young man. The lady who came told me about signing up for benefits that are less expensive but provides similar services.

I was very happy with my new HP printer and new ASUS computer after my printer died and I needed to go to Windows 11. These were suggested by a GEEK squad member because both were on sale at the time.

They were great. came to house and set up the printer to 3 different computers that I have been having problems with. Great job and appreciated the assistance very much.

Lisa kept me informed of her ETA and arrived as promised. She walked in and had the problem - an unwanted update to my HP printer - fixed in minutes. I really needed her because I was in a long recovery from Covid. I was not physically or mentally able to do the fix it myself.

The Geek Squad came to my rescue after buying an HP8025e Printer. The printer came with instructions on downloading programs from the Internet. Because the program was much different then the program with my past HP 8610 Pro I though I had not set the printer up propertly. I suggest that HP provide a chip or something that includes all programs needed to operate the printer. Also an instructions manual would be much appreciated. The quality of the HP 8025e is not as good as previous printers.
