Techs at Union City Store and home visits are very good at their jobs of resolving customer operating problems with my newly purchased HPP Envy lap top.

I wish I could remember the names of all of the individuals I have worked with in the last year to be fair. Every. Single. One. Of. Them...have been super helpful, friendly and SO NOT condescending to us "non tech" people who rely on their expertise. Thank you so much for having these types of people on your team and front lines to assist us!

Too bad this service in home was removed from my plan that I have to pay extra for service in my home . It is really needed ! Justin Navarro did a very ecvellent job..he is very engaging, knowledgeable and listened well to a fairly complex story and then spent all the time needed to determine if my printer is salvagable as it would not print colors correctly. He suggested new cartridges which I bought and tried today to no avail.. Still color issues..

I was very happy the Geek Squad Technician was able to get my very outdated printer connected to my WiFi…Total Tech is well worth the money!
