The Geek Sqad Agent who I phoned recently was attentive and friendly. She used my name in greeting and thanked me for my patience after placing me on hold. She summarized my issue and confirmed with me t he date and time of my home visit. She was an excellent example of a first-rate customer service rep. Kudos to Best Buy! Every representative I have spoke with has exemplified the best in customer service. I know I am in the best hands when I call you. Thank you!

The agent came to my home and fix my printer problem, that 2 agents and 3 hours of wasted phone time with agents in India, could not. One of the agents in India, Souvra, told me to watch a video and fix it myself. I did not pay for a service agreement, to mend anything myself. Thankfully the agent who came to my home, fixed everything in about 5 minutes, was polite and courteous.
