||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the agent checked my printer and determined that it was a software problem that could not be efficiently repaired as it would be more expensive than buying a new printer which I already had done. he was terrific the way he explained the problem and he provided good advice on how to maintain the new printer. he also provided good advice on one to two other matters such as the problems I have been having with my old tv. he made good suggestions on the replacement of my Curren tv which I will follow. I was very impressed with his knowledge and experience.

Always satisfied with Eric's Trouble shooting

We are fortunate to have him help us when we need that. He always comes on time and give us a heads-up before he comes over. He is considerate and we appreciate his services each & every time. He certainly knows his job which is always well done whether trouble-shooting or helping set up a new computer, etc.

Only the guy who came out to my house was great.

The other people were not useful, and in one case it seemed weren't even truthful. Until I paid extra for that tech to come out, no one was the least help. Contact me for details, if you like. I'd be happy to talk to management.
