When he left all devices worked and we were able to print. The next day I could not access the internet on my computer. After a few interactions with the chat and verbal tech “help” they would not send the tech out to fix the issue that was created during his visit unless I would pay $129 for another visit but I could go to the nearest store for help. The person would not let me speak with their superior. Had good service before this event but this response changed my opinion.
