Good experience with this technician

I had a new HP printer standing by in case the problematic old one had reached the end of its useful life, and that is the way we went--install the new printer instead of trying to fix a 6 yr old one. He could also answer my questions about recycling the old unit. This is the second time he has come on a service call and each time was top-notch.

This was a return visit. Updates seem to rock my system. I call the Squad for everything. They are efficient, knowledgeable and make life easy.

Fixed paper jam

The tech was good with calling and communicating arrival window and fixed my jam but advised me not to use the top feeder??? I would expect that a “tech” would diagnose what to further do to fix the whole issue. I didn’t spend money on a printer/scanner/fax to only be able to use the printer? I feel paying a yearly coverage fee than a fee for a service call without a complete solution is a little much.
