My machine was a commercial machine which the tech had not seen before since they don’t service commercial machines. The tech wasn’t usable to help at this time however he was kind and friendly and that meant more to me than him not being able to work on it. Very professional guy. Thank you !!!

The whole Geek Squad has been great for years. I will never be without them. I renew my subscription every year. It is so nice not to have to worry if I get stuck trying to solve some issue.

Awsome Geek Squad

We were Best Buy members for many years and continued shopping at Best Buy for our new home here. The sales people-Wayne, consultant-Elvis and all the techs that delivered and setup our appliances, TV, internet, and most recently fixed our printer were FANTASTIC, PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY and extremely knowledgable. I won't shop anywhere else.
