Issues with wifi between computer and printer

Troubleshooting printer

I had tried to get assistance from Best Buy about three times to no avail. It is because of these two agents that I will give Best Buy another chance.

My Geek Squad membership.

The Geek Squad came to my house and found the printer would need to be replaced. They brought out a new printer and got it running and connected to my laptop for remote printing. Incredible service. I have not received a bill. This was all covered by my annual Geek Squad Membership fee! I am a very satisfied customer. My son is also happy about my membership since I now call the Geek Squad instead of my son when I have computer problems.
