fixed printer connection problem very quickly.

Geek tech, Jon Corn came out and analyzed what was wrong and fixed the whole connection problem rather quickly. He also made sure the printer actually printed upon request. then made sure my wife's phone could also request something to be printed. Jon corn was professional, helpful and friendly. Geek Squad is aamazing.

The issue has now been corrected. The computer and printer now operate together as one when called upon.

He had to reset my new computer system--I had goofed something up in set up--printer works great now, and he also recommended (and fixed) another computer that was loosing its internet connection on power down, Then he offered to check out a cable problem with smart TV (fixed it too). Expensive to have house call ($79) BUT a bargain!
