Actual service to connect the printer was excellent. I did this over the phone as a gift for my sister. We live in two different states. No one showed up for the first appointment. No reason was ever given. Had to reschedule. A lot of confusion on who was getting the service. No way to contact the actual service Geek Squad member. The only contact was the 1-800 number, I would not request for someone else over the phone. All of that being said the service was great (when someone finally came). Service person was very knowledgeable and took his time helping my elderly sister. He was very nice, professional and kind.

They come with a smile and treat me like I’m their only customer during this time. They take their time and do things right. They ask me questions and after everything is working , they show me what to do.
