Geek Squad solved my printer "Offline" issue"

I had to settle for a Chat session, but, last night, I Chatted with Animesh for over an hour and he resolved my "Printer Offline" issue. He is one of a small group that is actually proficient on solving a technical issue over LogMeIn Rescue App.....

He explained why my copier wasn't working and what I needed to do. It involved my installing a new ink cartridge and removing a tab I shouldn't have. When I went into Best Buy to buy a new one, the technician in the store also showed me what to do.
