    Tyler was absolutely amazing- he identified quickly what the issue was and effciently worked out two solutions I could choose from. He is so smart and could relate the two solutions to time and overall. He was better than HP at sorting it out and I had been on the phone with them for 15-20 hours at least. He is a gem and you are lucky to have him Geek Squad, Look after him.

    Good service at the shop but needed in home follow up. It was not clear from your website how to sign up for an in-home visit, so I had to get a friend to fix it for me. Also, the results of the in home visit to my wife's computer were not satisfactory. Their "fix" broke down within a week!

    The Geek Squad tried hard to fix my printer. They finally had to go to the store and get a replacement, which they did promptly. They installed the new one and took the old one to be recycled. They were both pleasant and professional.
