Didn't use again for about a week. Won't print. Says off line. checked connections. still says off line. please check and replace printer if necessary. This is not a complaint. Agent fantastic

Told us how to fix our computer before the warranty ran out!! He explained the usage of a piece of equipment so we could make up our own minds!! The agent was great!!

He identified my problem and also made some suggestions and discussed some things I was unaware of or had forgotten. He told me about the help available through the My Best Buy Membership that is really going to save me money this coming year.
