I had trouble with my printer for years and Geek Squad fixed it ♥️♥️♥️

The agent asked what my problem was and I explained it to him showing some copies that did not come out right because of no blank ink. He ran a couple of tests and said that I had a defective blank ink cartridge. I mentioned to him that I belong to the HP Ink program. Because of his diagnosis, I was able to contact HP Ink and they provided me with a brand new blank ink cartridge. Now my printer is working perfectly. Thank you for sending me a knowledge and professional agent to share his knowledge with me and eliminate the problem.

Austin and his partner got me straightened out. Just an envevelope jam in my printer but I couldnt get the envelope out. The guys were great as always. However,I am upset with Best Buy, because I could have taken this into the store but my store no longer has Geek Squad repair and I would have had to drive an hour total, there and back to the next closest store. So I paid for their inconveniencing their loyal customers

The agents set up the printer wi-fi immediately. Also my RING needed to be connected to my new wi-fi in minutes was done fast

I was worried that I would have to buy a new printer because mine was making noise and not printing like it should. Tammy, from the Geek Squad, came out and immediately diagnosed the problem as the print head being out of alignment. She put the printer through the alignment sequencing several times and it now prints better than it ever has. The annual cost of Best Buy's Total Care Program has proven it's worth time and time again to me. I highly recommend it to everyone. I buy all my computer components, audio equipment, and household appliances at Best Buy because they are all covered under the program.

I purchased the hp OfficeJet Pro 8135e because it is very similar to my older 8600. It has the same features that I use. However, the 8135e has some very cool printables included that my 8600 did not have. I have not used the fax yet. I did recently use the scan feature. It is slower and a little more complicated to use than my 8600. I was not able to print directly from the printer only from the hp Smart program on my computer. Also, when using any feature on the touch screen I have to press my choice at least 3 times before it opens.
