I just today strongly recommended to someone having computer problems that he sign up for your annual service. He will do so, being quite impressed with the services you have rendered me over the years.

Temporary Repair of problem

This was fixed and was helped to establish contact again with internet service provider and major programing provider. Fix lasted about 2-3 weeks. again conectiongone between coputer and printer and the reverse. I do not know if it is something I did and/ora problem with the tools and system
