Printer Troubles Found and Addressed.

My printer was operating erratically, sometimes printing when I had not requested any prints. The employee was able to ensure operation and coordination among the parts. He was very knowledgable and efficient.

Excellent Geek Squad hooked up our printer

Extremely pleased with Technician

Also answered all my questions and had an excellent background relating to computer issues. One of the best i have had assist me with a computu issue. He also called to let me know he was on his way with an approximate time of arrival.

They are 'miracle workers' to someone like me who is not a techie in any sense of the word. I do rely on their expertise when something is amiss with my computer or printer. They are competent and reliable.

He was thoughtful about bringing protection for his wet shoes because it was raining. He quickly went to work to repair the problem with my old printer. He also agreed that it might be time to consider a new printer. Mr. Taylor is an asset to Best Buy.
