    The Geek person called and said he could be a little early if that worked for me and it did. He came in and fixed my printer problem. He was GREAT!!

    Boyd, the technician that worked on our printer, was outstanding. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants assistance with printer installation assistance or any problems with a printer. He was on time, very professional, and effectively explained everything that he did.

    The geek squad tried to repair our printer,we needed a new one.I am not happy with your new policy concerning the contract with BestBuy,will cancel when renewal comes due!

    My eyesight was such that I couldn't tell what the signs were on the readout, the Tech was great and showed me where and what they were, now it's easy to use. The Tech was great as they usually are.
