When our printer finally stopped working after 3 years we went with a new HP printer. But getting it installed and working was not as plug and play. It was great getting tech support to help keep our work flowing smoothly.

The Agent quickly determined the problem with my Surround Sound, then adjusted the Settings on the devices and remotes so that I can quickly toggle back and forth from Inputs and the sound level of TV/low to Surround/high, explaining clearly how simple it actually was when set by a Professional.

The Geek Squad members wnt to work on my printer and tried very hard to get it back to operational, but it never worked. They could tell that it was a part that they are not allowed to work on as it requires more time than can be allowed on such an inexpensive device. It's basically cost prohibitive. Better to buy a new one.

My laser printer is making a horrible noise. The agent looked it over and determined that it wasn't the printer making the noise it was the ink cartridges. They needed to be changed. I was very satisfied with their visit.

The tech is the one who the 5 stars are for. Yes he did resolve the problem. The problem I had could have been resolved over the phone but had to pay approx $80 for the visit. Be cautious.
