    Chad from the GEEK squad was great. Pleasant, explained what he was doing, why it wasn't working. Took him 15 mins. Would recommend him to anyone looking for PC help.

    We purchased a new refrigerator. We have a small space for it , thus our choices were limited. We had one picked out from the Best Buy web site. The Best Buy sales rep showed us other possibilities, He made sure we had a fit and handled the purchase in a very professional manner.

    Andrew was the Geek Squad tech guy who showed up to troubleshoot my printer problems. He arrived on time, and was courteous and knowledgeable. He was patient with all my questions, had some helpful suggestions, and tried everything he could to fix the issue.

    Bradley Bennett, came out to check out the problems we were having with our HP Printer that we had purchased back in January 2023 with 2 Mac Book Air's. He was wonderful, took the time to listen and truly spent the time to figure out what the issue was...and he got it done!
