I was disappointed that the technician couldn't do anything to fix the printer or even try but he did tell me to take it in and see if anything could be done, which I did. They were not able to fix it either so I ordered a new one.

Noah did a great job. He called me the day before to let me know where I was on his list of calls. He also called 20 minutes ahead to tell my he was on his way. He was able to set up my printer and even helped me put the Epson Printer app. on my husband and on my phone. He was quick and thorough.

Jason from the Geek Squad came out and installed my Canon Printer. He had to return the next day. Printer was printing in a Jpeg form instead of a PDF. Issue was resolved very quickly.

Was going to give only a 4 star rating because connecting with this service is a pain, long wait, sales pitch unecessary details, eg, possible delay because of covid, trying to explain problem to a computer, but that isn't fair to the technician who was great

Very polite and efficient!! Did more than I even ask for fixing computer! I believe it's called cleaning it up! Also help me with learning to scan with computer and printer
