I don't know what the Geek Squad Printer Specialist did differently in his on-site printer installation, but I do know two earlier on-line installation attempts had failed. First, by the Geek Squad and the second by HP's Printer On-line Service Center. But I was really impressed and delighted!

Excellent service!! Geek squad tech was so patient and took his time to explain the problem. So convenient to have The total tech protection. Saved me a trip to the store. 5 stars service.

Austin and Morgan were great; they really knew their stuff. Both were very friendly and professional in quickly resolving the issue with our entertainment system. Would definitely employ their expertise again and feel the Geek Squad was very well represented by these two gentlemen.

Actual service was excellent. Getting them here via a very long distance call center was another matter. Customer service should be a direct call via local store 7 minutes away.

Greek Squad Agents came to my home to repair my printer

As always, Geek Squad service was excellent. Informed me that because of the nature of printers, in most cases they are unrepairable. Then proceeded to trouble shoot the printer and found what the problem was. Having a Geek Squad membership is some of the best money I've ever spend.

Great technical team, very helpful and excellent customer service

The techs that came to my home 6/25/24 to fix my computer to printer problem were very good. I was pleased with their effort & I wanted to leave them a good review.

The agent was very knowledgeable and was able to take care of my issue very quickly. He offered very good suggestions to me as well.

mario went out of his way to get us up and running with our new printer/scanner. his calm manner and obvious technical knowledge were right on.

The Geek Squad agent resolved my printer problem quickly and got it back online with my wifi to my computers. I am so glad I have Total Tech Support. My only dislike is one has to wait so long for an appointment but I understand that they have a busy schedule with many customers.

Tech informed me of how my printer malfunctioned because of using cheaper ink instead of HP brand. Printer is made to know when other ink is being used and causes printer to malfunction. Should be made aware of this had when purchasing a HP printer. I had problems all year until I was told this.

Jake not only helped us with our printer problem, he took care of a some of our TV situations. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer tech. 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
