    I was having trouble getting my new printer to recognize my computer. I spent 3 hours on the phone with a tech support person who could not fix this. The Geek Squad man came in and had my laptop and desktop working in under an hour. He was all business and delightfulTech support to work with,

    The Geek squad was amazing. Carlos Cruz and Cat Pin'a were fantastic. Carlos was very patient and extremely knowledgeable as was Cat. We had tried multiple times to fix the issue we had with no positive result. They had our computers laptops iPads up and running with no stress!!
