Geek Squad was able to troubleshoot a Wi-Fi network connection issue with my printer after a power outage and it would not reconnect after numerous tries. I called for an in-home appointment and Geek Squad was able to troubleshoot the issue and get my printer to connect to my Wi-Fi once again.

T.J. and Chris were awesome. The ONLY problem is ur hours. How can u expect a 12 hour window to do repairs. Do u think ur special and no one has anything to do? Shameful... Agent was very helpful: set up printer and showed me how to operate it. He had to return 2 weeks later as it would not print. He figured out a way to make it work by turning it off & then back on. It has worked with that odd change so far.

Having moved from Ethernet based iMac, printer system for 10 years to wireless building I HAD to have an agent come to my new home. We had already exhausted all other options but none “worked”. My agent indeed knew exactly what to do, and that was to reset a button on my internet box. Surprised me- something not even touching any of my computer related equipment. He also needed to physically “touch” my printer input modes. Everything works absolutely smoothly now!

We could not get our internet service to work when we moved about 6 miles from our previous home. Xfinity came out after a few attempts of them getting our computers working but not tv or printer. Xfinity got the tv but wouldn't look at the printer. I called geek squad and had 2 different techs that couldn't get printer to work. Later I had a problem with my computer so took it to local best buy geek squad and got that taken care of right away. I told him about printer and he let's make an appointment. Said an in person tech could fix it. I made the appointment and a few days later the tech came. He told us it was a good printer but a couple of series behind but he could work around that problem. Took him a little while then he let's print. Been working just fine . Thank you.
