The Geek Squad tech, as are all of them, was kind and quickly put my printer back online. I have no idea what I did to knock it offline. I know Geek Squad is always ready to help, either in-store or at my house. They are the best!

The agent tried to connect my old printer, but it has outlasted its time. No driver is available for my updated laptop for this printer. He discussed various printers that would work and recommended one that has all the features I need. Great Geek squad member.

Two really decent guys were sent to enable my Canon scanner to send scanned items to my computer. They were successful in doing so. Unfortunately, the documents sent to my computer were not in a format that was readable or of any use. Because this misadventure cost me $100.00, I decided to reactivate an old computer and scanner that could communicate with one another. That worked so I don't need to pay an additional $100.00 to have them come back.

Your tech understood what our problem was very quickly and we were so surprised he was here less than 20 minutes and all is now working well!! Great training program!
