James was very helpful, but there are still some things I don't understand. He fixed the problem. I do have to get to the store though to trade in my printer since it kept turning off on its own.

Great employees! They were able to address my needs of a new printer. I am taking the new computer back to exchange for one with more memory, processing speed, etc. to enable me to use photo software.

the guy showed up on time was calm, easy, helpful and got my printer going, showed me how to work it, speaking in simple easy instruction, then helped with my alexa. He was absolutely wonderful. I love geek squad

The Agent (He told me his name, but I forgot it) helped get my printer connected to the internet again. He was fast and efficient, and polite.

The technician was very professional and courteous. He arrived early in the appointment period, which left me the rest of the day instead of sitting around. Unfortunately, he wasn't authorized disassemble the printer. The person who took my original call knew there was a problem with my printer, but failed to communicate that to the technician.

The agents installed Brother printer to the computer in a very professional way. Kudos to the Geek team. i am very much impressed by their efficiency. The team also helped me in checking my CC TV cameras.

I worked with two different agents to try to get my new printer from Best Buy to scan to my new computer also purchased from Best Buy. They spent a long time trying to accomplish this task, but were unable. I was told I need my email password which I do not have, so we ended the process. This is the second time a procedure to connect this printer to my computer (Print or Fax) over the phone was not successful. That time I had to pay for in home service to get the printer to even print. My local Geek squad representative was successful in getting that accomplished.

My technician Salvador (Sal) was absolutely awesome he listened to what I was saying and then he went to work on fixing my printer. He got it working within a matter of a few minutes or so. I would highly recommend Best Buy Geek Squad.

The agent was prompt and explained what caused the problem and explained how he fixed it.
