Discussed problem at the store & they recommended an in-home service call. Appt scheduled, agent showed up as scheduled. He ran a diagnostic test made adjustments and we were set. Agent was punctual, respectful and professional.

I have a five star review because Best Buy McKinney has the best Geek Squad. They are very patient and thorough. They perform excellently under pressure. They fixed my computer but my Apple computer isn't finding the printer.

Excellent repair. Took only 15 minutes. So releived.

Matthew took extra time and care to make sure the printer was installed properly and working reliably. He checked on the ink supply as well. He's professional and patient and very helpful.
