I had an outstanding technician who came to our home, explained why my printer was unable to print copies when not from the computer. He also checked and reviewed my scanner and explained everything to me perfectly.

Determined ink cartridges were expired. I purchased new ink cartridges and the tech installed them.

The Gentleman came to my house. Set with my printer and computer and in about 5 minutes got the two to talk to each other. Something I could not do for weeks and tech support could not do on line. Well worth the 15 minutes!
