Love the printer now that it is printing. It is easy to use and looks good too. Bought it several months ago but couldn't figure out how to hook it up. So grateful for Geek Squad and Daniel.

The technician arrived on time, but being a computer savvy person myself, prior to his visit I had solved my problem and we just had a pleasant discussion on our front porch on how I had solved the problem.

Not only was my tech very knowledgeable about my printer and the installation, but about my network and wi-fi. He fixed everything that was messing my system up and gave me pointers on how to keep it running error free. Thank you!

They were able to help us fix our paper jam and show us how to prevent it from occurring again.

I had a printer problem with my HP8600 that it wouldn't print. The tech quickly determined it was the printer head and could not be fixed. So I had to buy a new Printer. I'm glad to have a new printer but, how could this HP just suddenly go bad. I guess I will never know. It was good to know quickly and not drag it out for weeks.

Geek Squad very efficiently and Promptly identified where the problem was with my printer and fixed it. Dan, the agent was very polite and courteous.

Upgraded my computer from Windows 8 to Windows 10 in the anticipated timeframe. Adam bought backup storage device in case I needed it. I did not, so he immediately credited my account. I am a happy camper!

Ordered washer/dryer combo in store. Everything was going ok till got to points certificates. Had problem with that agent on phone but got resolved. It wasn't until a few days later that I discovered instore agent good misapplied my certificates. He put in as discount rather than as cash toward purchase.

Jason fixed my printer down stairs so it will print from down stairs desk top and also from my upstairs laptop. Eventually I will move everything upstairs fro one floor living. Jason was so helpful. Merry Christmas to you all.
