The person who came here to get my printer on my WiFi network knew exactly what to do and was successful in about 3 minutes. He was very friendly and explained what he did to me.

The tech who came to reconnect my printer/scanner to my computer was excellent, and it worked...for two days and disconnected itself again. I'm not sure what's happening here, yet the tech really tried.

Easy to use. Perfect for me. Be careful not to get ink on the glass as it won't come off. Make sure what you print is dry so the imk doesn't get on the glass.
