As usual, great service. Geek IT specialist was on time. He answer all my questions and it was very kind to my brother who was purchasing the laptop and printer.

The trouble with my printer/scanner was diagnosed quickly, and remedied, within a 20-minute visit.

The Technicians were able to trouble shoot my issues and get my printer to scan properly.

The agent helped me learn how to scan on my printer and also assisted me with tips on how to save ink when printing.
