Geek Squad member Marc F arrived when scheduled. He explained what the problem was and how he was fixing the printer. Marc F was very helpful and corrected my printer.

The agent instantly recognized the problem with my printer and quickly fxed it. The agent was knowledgeable and professional. He gave me practical advices reading computer and printer. I am grateful to him very much.

I had a Geek Squad technician named Nathanael come out to troubleshoot issues with my printer connection as I was working from a hotel and I cound not get it to work Thank you!after multiple calls over the phone. He was very proffessional and got it functioning.

I was making a persistent mistake: the printer was routed through the Cloud and required a different setting. The Geek Squad figured out the problem and taught me the solution.
