The Geek Squad agent, Shelly, resolved my printer issue & was professional, friendly & explained to me what the problem was.

the printer is ok if it would just stop Jamming up in the paper area so far the printing is pretty good when it comes to color. excellent the first evening had to call the geek squad to find out how to put the paper into the tray, one thing it could have better instructions on how to load the paper tray.

Geek squad not only solved my printer issues but also helped with other issues related to new computer setup as well as explaining how to use Amazon firestick on TV. They did a great job.

My ink jet printer was not printing black ink. This is the 2nd Geek Squad appt I made to determine the problem. The 1st guy, Joe, ran printer diagnostics, cleaned the nozzles with alcohol, told me I just needed to buy a new ink cartridge. He left, telling me to contact him if I needed further help. I purchased and installed new ink. That didn't fix the problem. I sent a message to Joe but never got a reply. I then contacted Best Buy again, made new appt for help. Geek Squad sent Kevin this time. Kevin quickly told me it was unfortunate I had spent more money on ink, which is expensive, and wasted so much time trying to figure out the problem as it was obvious to him that the ink had dried up inside the printer and it was not fixable. I would need to buy a new printer. Kevin was helpful, gave me some good advice on future printer purchase. However, I'm very disappointed with outcome.
