    I have purchased most of my computers, electronics, and appliances from Best Buy over the years but No More. I bought a new ASUS laptop laptop awhile back and love it but it won't work with my Canon 4-in1 printer. I tried fixing it then stopped by the Geek Squad since I had purchased it with service plan. They said I would have to schedule an in-home repair, which I did. The tech came, tried the same things I had with no success and said there was nothing he could do, even though I had paid $99 for the service call, and left. I am going to get a new laptop for my wife but it won't be from Best Buy. ☹️

    Chip did an excellent job troubleshooting a rather complex situation I had with syncing Dropbox to my computer. He was persistent and did not give up.

    I previously had a HP OfficeJet 8020 All-in-One. This printer is also an All-in One, but without FAX. So far, I like the printer just fine.
