Totally worth the price of service. Totally!

I had almost given up. But the Geek Squad technician resolved the problem in just minutes. Totally worth the cost. Next time I have technical headaches I’ll go to the experts sooner.

It was hooked up to my laptop computer that I purchased from them two years ago they got everything working very well and now my printer is working perfectly and communicating with my laptop computer The geek, the Geek Squad rocks in every individual that works there knows exactly what they’re doing

The young gentleman came and did a fine job finding the problem and fixing it. Come to find out, he was the same person that came to my house to rid my computer of a virus a few years ago. I appreciate having this service to rely on. I have no pics.

Sort of a Tough Problem

I tried to resolve this with the online Geek Squad service, but no luck. I had read comments from others that they had the same issue with this product. When the technicians came out to my house, we ultimately decided to hardwire the printer, so that was the solution to the problem. I have had good luck over the years with Geek Squad, but lately moreso with the onsite technicians and not the online ones.
