    An agent came to my home to see if he could re-connect my wireless printer to my Wi-Fi. Unfortunately he said a chip or something inside wasn't working anymore and could not be replace since my printer was pretty old. I ended up ordering a new printer.

    The online chat and specialist could not fix my problem and the call was frustrating as the technicians hung up on me twice when they could not resolve problem. I finally had to have an in home visit.
