    The work was done satisfactorily, but making myself available for an entire day (12 hours for your 12 hour “window”, is hard to accomplish. I was told that on the day before I’d get a more exact time frame, but that never happened. Also, I took out a Best Buy membership that day, when they were here, but paying for it involved a lot of complications. Things did not go smoothly.
