    Some how after setting up new laptop the printer settings did not take and we had to have them come back and redo the printer settings on the new laptop. The geek squad member took care of the problem right away.

    Initial printer installation service was in adequate and neither fax nor scan functions set up. When I called to reschedule install it was 31 days after the purchase and I was charged fully again to have a second person come out and do what the first person did not do. Fortunately, the second tech that came out was able to install full functionality
