    The agents were very nice that came to the house but it was apparent they were confused about why they were sent. They did and could not anything more then then contact I had via phone and a remote in session. I called to complain and get my $99 back, and was supposed to hear back from someone at Best Buy and never have... so looks like another call, being the third one on this matter. Up until a couple of years ago this service has been real good, but not as much now. I am very borderline not to recommend it and try the cox version.
