    I scheduled someone from Geek Squad to help connect my printer to the home internet on Friday. I was told I had to be available from 7:00A to 7:00p but someone would call Thursday with a more exact time. A customer advocate called to say the tech could not make Friday so we rescheduled for Saturday with the understanding that I could not take another whole day off from work. I called back on Friday to confirm the appointment to find that it was not even scheduled. This is poor customer service. I lost 2 days of wages and I still don’t have my printer connected to the home internet.
