The Agent ,was the only one out of 6 or 8 to fix the problem with my printer not working Thank You and it is still OK.

The agent installed the scanner of my new printer and was able to finish in approximately 15 minutes from arrival. He was knowledgeable and courteous.

This service was provided by Geek Squad Tech Noel out of your Garland Tx store and it was for Installing a New Canon Laser #273dw printer. As usual a great job. This was the second time he's been here for service. Again I wish I had half of his smarts on Computers and Printers. Very Satisfied with the service he provides.

This guy was WONDERFUL!! He solved the problem all it took was a $10.54 cable. He was very good at explaining things to me. He made sure I was able to "use" the computer to printer.
